Trip to Kodaikanal:-The Princess of Hill Station

Okay I’ll see you at office. Please do come by 9pm i told .Sure I'll be there she said. An strange feeling , whether we will enjoy or get messed up as we were the only two Hindi speaking people.

At around 10 pm:

Hey, guys, so Journey starts now, i said...

Oh I have not brought any sweater, will it be too cold over there? I asked. Yeah it will, Techie said. Okay let’s see (in excitement), i replied. Anil this trip will gonna be a fun but only condition is you have to speak in Hindi only (Actually he was trying hard to learn Hindi as he is a Malayali), I told Anil. Sharma, humko Hindi bolega (his way of speaking hindi), said Anil. So bus started from office (CDAC-T). Excitement was on top of the sky. At around 12 a.m. everyone slept. I was struggling to adjust my legs to get a nap. It was too hard to sleep. I looked around and found Techie was struggling the same. Around 2 am temperature dropped further, but thanks for the support from Techie.

Finally, next day at around 6 am we entered into Kodaikanal(Tamil Nadu) region. The dawn was so beautiful as if I were at my home town (it was almost similar to Uttarakhand’s hills). Beautiful forest, hills and chilly climate. Most of were sleeping.

Me: Hey getup, i told Techie.

Techie: wow this gonna be a great fun. It is similar to Darjeeling.

Me: Have you ever been there?

Techie: Yup, School time.

Me: Okay.

We were telling stories about school’s & college’s time. At last we reached Kodaikanal. And Anil said –“Sharma ek hotel mein 50 logo ko nhi aa sakta hum 4 ko idar rukega” :P. I was actually bit disappointed but later i came to know that only for night stay we will stay here ,rest, for everything (food and all) we will all together.

Finally entered into the hotel around (03/10/2014 @7.30am)...wow what a room. It was just awesome. We were told just to get fresh and be ready as we will start for sight scenes at around 9.30am. At around 10 am everyone met at our hotel and started. In bus most of us were new to one another but within 10-20 minutes, we all started playing Antakrishi. Except we two, rest were Malayali. Fun started like anything. We started dancing, Singing etc.

We reached “Coakers Walk ”.The climate was damn good. It was a foggy one actually. Photography started.

Me: Techie, lets follow the plan, I said. Actually we had DG Cam but low quality so we decided where ever we will see good scenery, we will simply go over there and stand, those DSLR cam guys will definitely take our pic. Later we can collect at office. Luckily the plan worked very well :P

From there we moved to Bryant Park. This park was full of different kind of flowers. Plenty of beautiful butterflies were playing around. At around 2 pm we returned back to hotel for lunch.

Having lunch we started again for the next destination -> Lake View & Shopping. The best thing about this destination was cycling. It was ultimate fun. The Day one had lots of memories with very special people.

Lake is in actually circular shape. Along with the bank of the Lake there is a cycling track. By the time we all were familiar face->Me ,Anil,Techie Jenita ,Divya,and Qutiee(forgot her name). It was almost evening. We were chasing to one another. Me and Jenita started the race, Anil and Techie followed us .But all sudden we lost the way and it was around 7.30pm .Somehow we reached to the right place. From there we all went to our bus and started back to the hotel. On the way again full fun ...singing songs, shouting and all. Once we reached at hotel, Techie started teasing us about her hotel as they got a very good view .I was actually jealous but above all i badly wanted to stay over there. Somehow at around 11pm we (me & Anil) said bye and went to our hotel.

Day 2:

At around 9 am, they all reached at our hotel. So the journey for the new destination started ->Pine forest view. That was just an amazing experience. We ran, shouted and did whatever drastic things we could do. Took hundreds of pic by giving all the possible poses .At the end in Pine Forest itself, there started " the crazy race" between me and Techie ...You are damn good at cheating :P anyway cheaters always wins :P :P. Ohh I forget to tell about the climate - it was dazzling ...the best possible climate anyone always wants for picnic.

From Pine forest we went to Guna Cave, Bear Shola Falls, Kurinji Andavar Temple and Pillar rock. By the time we had a very crazy group .We were simply shouting everywhere. Lots of things to tell. I really can’t express it in words.

Finally it was evening again so here comes the same destination- Lake View and boating. Actually I really don’t know how to express the feeling that time we had. We were divided in groups of four for boating. Me , Anil,Techie and Divya took paddling boat. Once we jumped into the boat, it started raining. That was the best fun I ever enjoyed. We all four were on the middle of the lake, It was dazzling .We were shouting, singing and at the same time we all were fully wet. Climate was chilly. Once we came back we were shivering actually. So planned to buy some sweaters. The ultimate fun here comes we both brought two sweaters for Rs. 200 :P

In Short

In life we do things. Some we wish we had never done, some we wish we could replay a million times in our heads. But they all make us who we are. Our Journey has come to an end for now... but the memories remain close to my heart; Forever and Always. I wish, if I can replay the same trip with so special one forever and ever.<3

Can you hear the melody- 6 Days @ Beach

Sitting at flat whole day in the weekend was just like sitting in a class at 7th standard while other boys are playing cricket in the ground and you can see and listen their voice but can't do anything.So i decided to pass my time just going to some beaches as the only thing you can appreciate about Kerala is the natural beauty.
At 5 PM I started all alone and went to the beach. It was killing me while i saw hundreds of people enjoying with their friends,family and all.Then I went far away from all of them and sited alone at the seashore.I sited there for almost one hour.By the time I could only see the sweet and the calm waves coming near and then going far away.It was as if they(waves) were saying, "don't worry we are here to enjoy with you".While the waves used to move away it was as if it were saying "I'll be right back,got some work. You Just sit here".After a while I started enjoying my loneliness.I started thinking about many a things which I could have never thought earlier.
I remembered one quote "If You don't look Up there is no Sky".And I realized the same.Because earlier I used to go with cousin((now he got transferred)so never observed so many things.The best part was sunset. Sitting alone,hearing the sweet sound of the waves and looking at the sun (setting down) was just amazing.After sitting there for almost 3 hours I felt so good I can't even express. May be this will not be big thing for you guys but for me it meant a lot.As loneliness was just killing me.
So I started going everyday in the evening time at Shangumugham beach(just 4 KM from my flat).I used to sit at the seashore for two hours everyday. I went continuously for 6 days.Finally started my journey again.

Lesson :
Life is taught but not impossible. We are the only people who makes it complicated.Behind every negative thing there is a positive thing too, the only problem is , often we look at the closed door so long that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.

ILP Hyderabad -TCS

Hi Suri, who all are the other people from PG with you I asked Suri(he was the bridge between me and rest PG guys).

Hello, we are total 10 from PG, Dhiru, Pranshu, Vaibhav, Navneet,Jyoti,Divya,Jyotsna,Mukul,and Santosh. You know anyone of them Suri asked me.I said I know Dhiru but by face i may know all. At 6 am at Hyderbad Railway station.I got down , and all the guys were waiting and were making fun of each other's. I was little bit upset as they were somehow new to me.

Me: Hello everyone, how was the Journey ??

ALL: It was good , how was yours ??

Me: Same. Lets take cab to that TCS Guest House. Everyone agreed and we took the cab.So we all started talking to each other. That time i felt bit okay, everyone is frank at least . Once we reached there ,we came to know that guest house is already occupied by the other guys.Actually that was co-hostel . So A TCS person told us only these three girls can stay here, and all the guys have to shift to Manjira(other Guest house of TCS). Bad luck as usual :(. We all were upset but Suri, Dhiru and all were very upset as they were closed to each others.

Next day our ILP -Initial learning Program started. I became more familiar to all. and gradually they all became my good friend. Everyday, we started having lunch and dinner together at TCS Canteen in Q-City.

After few days we guys became a family. Every Weekend was just awesome. Every evening there used to be fight among Me, Dibbi, and Jyoti. I still miss those Chunti from Dibbi and the way Suri used to settle our fight.:P, the way Jyoti used console...the way Jyotsna used to care.they way we used to enjoy Q-City evening life. I never had imagined that I'll be so close to each of them.

Last day was just so tough. We all got posting in all Direction NEWS. Me&Suri-> Mumbai, Jyoti,Jyotsna,Pranshu->Delhi, Dibbi->Kolkota,Dhiru->Chennai.I still remember when Jyoti started crying and was not leaving us. The overall Journey of ILP was just awesome. I'll missed those moments forever.
